NETS Basketball is excited to be playing the 2010-11 and 2011-12 NBA seasons at the Prudential Center. The team's interim relocation to Newark not only gives NETS fans a state-of-the-art arena with the first-class amenities common in most NBA buildings, but also provides the team's players with a great atmosphere in which to play. Playing their games in Newark enables the NETS to continue to regionalize the team in several counties in New Jersey, as well as in New York City due to the direct mass transit access available between Manhattan to the arena. The NETS are also thrilled to be expanding their community outreach in Newark by holding events throughout the city, including park clean-ups and player and coach appearances. |
